 Our coaches do not directly solve problems for participants, instead they create an environment in which the participants themselves can find and identify the most effective solution. Participants are taken on a self-reflection journey, in which they are encouraged to analyse their own behaviours and the impact this has on others. By actively participating in this diagnostic process, participants develop an awareness of the issue or opportunity and then define actions to deal with underlying causes. As such, our process goes beyond the classic approach of treating only the symptom, instead we get to the core of your issues and treat the cause. Thus, we enable and promote sustainable personal and professional growth.
